Exhaust Joiner Details
You can have the same size at both ends of the exhaust joiner, OR different sizes at each end
Fitting: Choose either a weld-on OR a clamp-on stainless steel exhaust pipe connector.
Weld-on: No slots or clamps, just solid ends made to the OD or ID sizes provided.
Clamp on: One end OR both ends slotted with suitable sized clamps. Sizes will be made as per the internal diameters provided, to fit OVER in order to clamp on.
PLEASE NOTE:
Expansions* will be 50mm deep (approx). We cannot expand any deeper into the pipe due to tooling restrictions.
Small Exhaust Joiners
The smallest size pipe we work with is a 38mm OD pipe (with an ID of approx. 35mm). We cannot make exhaust joiner sizes smaller than this.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you require an exhaust connector pipe with a large difference in the size between the two ends (i.e. 2″ to 3″), it cannot be made in 1 piece of pipe. Therefore, a stepped exhaust joiner is needed, with an additional fee of £6.00.
